Cindy and Tyson will be at Truck Center from 5-7 if anyone wants to drop stuff off tonight. It will help make set up go smoother in the morning .

If your player needs more car wash tickets before Wednesday they can always pick them up from Ms. Weinbrecht at EHS or from Cindy Streuli at Babbitt Insurance on Griffin between 8-5. Please remember that we are asking ALL parents to volunteer at least one hour during the car wash on Saturday. It is a wonderful opportunity to get to know the players, other parents and our coaches..besides…it’s FUN!

Due to a schedule conflict from Evergreen State Football Camp we are no longer able to attend our given week. We will be attending UPS as originally scheduled from July 15-18 with our family friendly vacation time the following two weeks.

Friendly reminder, all players staying in the area during family friendly vacation time, July 19- Aug 15, are encouraged to attend weight training.

Let’s make this a season to remember- GO HORNETS!!!

• The car wash is mandatory for ALL players to attend, even if you are unable to attend camp
• Date: Saturday May 19, 2012
• Tickets $10 each
• Only cars & pick-up trucks will be washed. NO RV’s or trailers of any kind.
• Have checks payable to the EFF (Enumclaw Football Foundation)
• If you need more car wash tickets see Christy Weinbrecht. If you are currently at one of the middle schools, see Coach Christensen at EMS or Coach Patterson at TMMS
• All pre-sold ticket sales goes directly into the players account for camp
• All monies collected at the car wash, including sales, donations or tips go into the scholarship fund. Fore example: If a relative comes to the car wash & wants their $10 to go to a certain player, it goes into the scholarship fund. It’s not considered a pre-sold ticket.
• The scholarship fund in not divided between the players
• Car wash supplies are provided by the EFF, except we are in need of long handle car wash brooms to borrow. Please write your name on them.
• Football jerseys will be at the car wash for the players to wear, they are NOT to be taken home.
• CAR WASH IS RAIN OR SHINE!

Day of Event:

• Car wash at Gamblin Motors Truck Center (across from Safeway)
• Park across the street in the Safeway parking lot. We need to keep parking open for the businesses next door.
• Check in 10 minutes before your shift starts & put-on a jersey
• Find the cashier & turn in your car wash envelope (filled out,) money & all unsold tickets

See times below (next years class status) for your designated time:

SR                    8am – 10am

TMMS Fresh     8am – 10am

SOPH               10am – 12pm

JR                    12pm – 2pm

EMS FRESH      2pm – 4pm

(Freshman will need to stay for clean-up, about 45 minutes)

If you cannot come at your designated class time, then come to any of the time slots above

If anyone would like to bring water, juice, donuts, muffins, cookies, granola bars or etc., the players greatly appreciate it!

We are also in need of many parent volunteers to take tickets, change soap buckets, direct cars & help supervise. Please contact Christy Weinbrecht if you can help.
